Maintenance Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for maintenance equipment and follow up with suppliers
• Manage spare parts inventory using Intéral software
• Validate supply needs and prepare purchase orders
• Maintain up-to-date inventory and perform adjustments in Intéral
• Maintain purchase records and price lists to reduce company costs
• Adhere to the allocated budget for spare parts procurement
• Support maintenance and engineering teams with supply needs during emergency interventions
• Manage logistics for emergency or critical situations
• Update and optimize min-max levels in the ordering software for automated recurring orders

Requirements

• DEP in electromechanics or equivalent diploma combined with relevant purchasing experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
• General knowledge of equipment in industrial/food production environments
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
