Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and grounds, including mowing lawns and general upkeep
• Perform repairs, painting, and replacement of broken items or parts
• Execute tasks related to plumbing, electrical, construction, and demolition
• Respond to emergency on-call requests during nights and weekends
• Work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, and crawling

Requirements

• Real-world experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, and demolition
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Tennessee driver's license (F endorsement required; can be obtained upon hire)
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move more than 100 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• One year or more of related maintenance experience or training
