Maintenance Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine checks on production lines
• Execute ongoing repairs and overhauls of machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical failures in the assigned area, including root cause analysis
• Analyze and operate PLC/NC programs, implementing necessary changes and corrections
• Diagnose and identify technical issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Report all completed tasks and maintenance activities in the CMMS computer system

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics, industrial electronics, or a related field
• Knowledge of SIEMENS electronics and automation systems
• Experience with industrial robots (knowledge of FANUC and KUKA is a significant advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret technical, electrical, and mechanical documentation
• Electrical qualifications for operating devices up to 1 kV
• Availability to work in a three-shift system
• Proficiency in Polish (minimum B2 level) and basic English (minimum A1 level)
