Maintenance Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and routine checks on production lines
• Execute ongoing repairs and overhauls of machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and analyze root causes
• Analyze and operate PLC programs, implementing necessary changes and corrections
• Diagnose and identify technical issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Report all completed tasks and maintenance activities in the CMMS computer system

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree in automation, robotics, mechatronics, or industrial electronics
• Knowledge of PLC systems (experience with Beckhoff or Bradley is a plus)
• Knowledge of industrial robot operation and control (experience with FANUC or STAUBLI is a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret technical, electrical, and mechanical documentation
• Valid electrical qualifications for operating equipment up to 1 kV
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Proficiency in Polish (minimum B2) and basic English (minimum A1)
