About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example
- Perform proactive property maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Maintain the smooth running of the property maintenance department
- Act as a multitasker and fixer to keep hotel facilities in top condition
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive attitude
- Strong eye for detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
