Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Assistants and lead by example
• Perform property maintenance tasks to ensure high standards
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and health and safety compliance
• Ensure the smooth running of the property maintenance department

Requirements

• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
