Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining property standards and facility upkeep with high attention to detail
• Carry out regular maintenance inspections of the building, plant, and equipment
• Perform daily, general, and emergency repairs and maintenance
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests and staff
• Assist with preventative maintenance of fire protection systems and safety features

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a maintenance or engineering department of a branded hotel
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry issues
• High School Diploma preferred
• Good English language skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
