Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance across industrial warehousing sites
• Operate hand power tools and equipment as required
• Conduct general site upkeep including line marking, painting, sweeping, and visual asset checks
• Operate sweepers and forklifts to load and unload maintenance supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
• Drive a company vehicle to collect parts and supplies within the Perth metro area
• Work alongside approved site contractors to complete maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in general maintenance, repairs, or handyman-style work
• Ability to operate hand power tools and various equipment
• Current C-class driver's license (essential)
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple daily tasks
• Strong team player mindset with the ability to support different sites or projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift license
