Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure school facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times
• Support day-to-day site upkeep and carry out routine maintenance tasks
• Respond to repair requests and assist in preparing spaces for school activities and events
• Monitor health and safety standards and conduct regular facility checks
• Work alongside external contractors when required to complete specialized tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role
• Practical skills in basic repairs, plumbing, or electrical work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
