Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks
• Execute building maintenance duties including painting and masonry
• Handle flooring changes and general repairs
• Perform welding and electrical installations as required
• Ensure the facility remains in good working condition through regular upkeep

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar technical role
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical installations
• Proficiency in basic mechanics and hydraulics
• Experience with building maintenance, including painting, masonry, and flooring
• Ability to perform welding tasks
