Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
- Execute building maintenance including painting, masonry, and floor replacement
- Handle electrical installations and repairs
- Conduct welding and hydraulic maintenance as required
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical installations
- Proficiency in basic mechanics and hydraulics
- Experience with building maintenance tasks such as painting, masonry, and welding
