About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance including painting, masonry, and floor replacement
- Execute electrical installations and basic electrical repairs
- Handle mechanical and hydraulic maintenance tasks
- Perform welding and other structural repairs as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic electricity and electrical installations
- Proficiency in basic mechanics and hydraulics
- Experience with building maintenance tasks such as painting, masonry, and welding
