Maintenance Assembly Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise assembly maintenance operations and manage technical personnel on the production floor
• Manage preventive maintenance programs using software such as SAP, Oracle, Maximo, or MP9
• Oversee the selection, development, and management of external maintenance providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including IATF16949, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operational conditions and minimize downtime
• Actively participate in incident investigations and implement environmental and safety risk prevention measures

Requirements

• Engineering degree or license in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Technical knowledge of robotics (specifically Fanuc), mechanics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and welding
• Proficiency with maintenance management software (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, MP9, etc.)
• Experience in personnel management and team leadership
• Knowledge of MP control processes
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (90% floor-based) with availability for rotating shifts and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience working within automotive industry quality standards
