Maintenance and Spare Parts Warehouse Trainee

Responsibilities

• Improve item placement and organization within the warehouse
• Manage materials for preventive maintenance tasks
• Perform inventory counts and record data in the system
• Label products for proper storage and location
• Monitor weekly stock levels and new requirements using SAP and eProc
• Report consumption and verify stock shortages
• Support maintenance technicians with corrective and preventive maintenance
• Participate in 5S methodology implementation within the maintenance area
• Maintain technical documentation, ensuring it is organized, clean, and up to date

Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory management and material control
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Understanding of technical documentation maintenance
• Knowledge of 5S methodology
• Ability to work in a technical maintenance environment
