Maintenance and Services Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute and ensure facility maintenance programs to maintain required infrastructure standards and comfortable workspaces
• Perform cleaning and organization processes to keep all company areas functional and pleasant
• Carry out maintenance activities requested by the service center to meet company infrastructure conditions
• Manage and care for supplies and tools to prevent waste and ensure efficient use of resources
• Comply with all safety regulations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure the safety of staff and contractors
• Manage donations and the final disposal of waste to ensure proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido)
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Proven experience in various trades including painting, masonry, plumbing, and electricity
• General knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, and painting techniques
