Maintenance and Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve site reliability and mechanical integrity programs to enhance equipment performance and ensure ESHA compliance
• Implement strategies to improve equipment uptime and extend Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
• Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, including equipment records, drawings, and SOPs
• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process for all maintenance and engineering modifications
• Support the planning, execution, and start-up of Reliability & Maintenance capital projects
• Lead Equipment Hazard and Workplace Analyses to mitigate operational risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a chemical plant or minerals processing facility
• Lean Six Sigma training
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning programs
