Maintenance and Refrigeration Asset Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate the corporate engineering and maintenance strategy for commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Establish technical standards, guidelines, and policies for cold equipment operation and maintenance at a corporate level.
• Lead the evolution of maintenance models focused on reliability and life-cycle cost efficiency.
• Drive the standardization of technical best practices across different business units and operations.
• Define and monitor corporate performance indicators, including availability, failure rates, costs, and equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate the effective use of maintenance management tools such as SAP PM or other CMMS for asset management.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of industrial or commercial equipment.
• Specialized experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, or electromechanical equipment.
• Background in maintenance engineering, supervision, planning, or reliability roles.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance protocols.
• Expertise in failure diagnosis, analysis, and reliability indicators.
