Maintenance and Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on complex industrial equipment, including industrial pumps and agitation systems
• Manage proactive maintenance interventions using GMAO software to optimize planning and tracking
• Implement continuous improvement solutions through technical expertise and innovation
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers and interventions
• Perform operational tasks including analysis and Jar Tests
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 12 weeks per year)

Requirements

• Bac Pro with 10 years of experience or Bac+2 with 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong expertise in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or electricity/automation
• Proficiency with GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• High level of autonomy and excellent organizational skills
• Passion for solving complex technical challenges
