Maintenance and Infrastructure Lead

Responsibilities

• Model best practices for safe equipment usage and monitor teams to ensure compliance with all processes
• Track equipment performance through visual inspections, technical condition monitoring, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Supervise technicians on shift to support their professional development and serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance engineers
• Troubleshoot device issues to minimize downtime and ensure rapid package processing
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for systems and process standardization across the European network
• Monitor processes using tools such as SCADA to guarantee operational efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a technical leadership or foreman role
• Strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems
• At least 5 years of experience in automation or complex mechanized material handling environments
• Solid knowledge of PLC-based control systems
• Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for proactive and reactive maintenance
• Understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) metrics and performance indicators
• Proven ability to solve problems under high pressure
• Proficiency in Polish and English (minimum CEFR B2 level)
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering, operations, or business administration
• Experience managing external contractors and third-party vendors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in multi-site or multi-facility environments
