Maintenance and Industrialization Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment failures or manufacturing deviations following safety and quality rules
• Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Analyze failures to optimize maintenance procedures and schedules
• Implement solutions to improve equipment reliability
• Develop and update technical documentation for equipment operation
• Train teams on the proper use of factory installations and machinery
• Participate in continuous improvement of industrial tools and manufacturing processes
• Support the industrialization of manufacturing processes and new installations

Requirements

• Technical knowledge in special machines, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
• Proficiency in PLC programming software
• Mastery of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with CMMS (GMAO) software
• Rigorous and methodical approach to diagnostics and maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on results
• Minimum Bac +3 level of education
