Maintenance and Industrialization Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing breakdowns or deviations while respecting safety and quality rules
• Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
• Analyze breakdowns to optimize maintenance procedures, schedules, and equipment reliability solutions
• Develop and update technical documentation for equipment operation in collaboration with production teams
• Train teams on the proper use of factory installations, machines, and equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement of industrial tools and manufacturing processes
• Support the industrialization of manufacturing processes, equipment, or new installations
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize production downtime

Requirements

• Bac+3 level of knowledge
• Technical knowledge in special machines, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
• Proficiency in automation programming software
• Mastery of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Rigorous and methodical approach to diagnostic techniques and maintenance operations
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
