Maintenance and Facilities Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contracts and building infrastructure services for units, monitoring local teams and suppliers to ensure quality and operational continuity.
• Plan and track the annual preventive maintenance program, ensuring scheduled activities are completed and managing the inventory of materials and equipment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) for the units, controlling maintenance and infrastructure spending to ensure adherence to financial planning.
• Administer the supplier registration and qualification process, controlling unit access and ensuring compliance with safety requirements and legal documentation.
• Develop and review technical procedures, following up on corrective and emergency service orders from opening to closure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing building maintenance contracts or infrastructure services.
• Availability for onsite work in Recife and regular travel to units within the North and Northeast regions of Brazil.
• Knowledge of operational and capital budget management.
• Experience with supplier qualification processes is desirable.
