Maintenance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance performance objectives are met within assigned projects
• Implement and monitor the application of maintenance themes and processes
• Integrate maintenance activities with other project pillars
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions
• Ensure organization, reliability, and control of all maintenance management information
• Prepare and update periodic reports regarding project status, activities, risks, and critical points
• Manage maintenance preparation to ensure adherence to established processes and schedules

Requirements

• Knowledge of industrial maintenance or maintenance management within projects
• Expertise in Maintenance Management practices
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience monitoring KPIs and managing performance
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within an automotive industrial environment
• Experience in project management and the implementation of new processes or equipment
