Maintenance Analyst - Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and implementation of maintenance planning within the assigned area
• Monitor maintenance activity execution to ensure compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety standards
• Manage the availability of necessary materials, spare parts, and resources for projects
• Prepare spare parts budgets, perform stock counts, and analyze cost reduction opportunities
• Analyze machine performance to identify defect causes and propose corrective or preventive actions
• Maintain and update the maintenance information system and related records
• Implement HSE procedures, perform inspections, and participate in incident investigations
• Support energy optimization programs and resource consumption reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Recent graduate or candidate about to graduate
• Understanding of maintenance planning and industrial processes
• Ability to perform machine performance and data analysis
• Knowledge of budget preparation and resource management
• Commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance and standards
