Maintenance Analyst Coating - Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and implementation of maintenance plans within the assigned area
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety standards
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and spare parts, including managing stock levels
• Analyze plant performance to identify failure causes and propose corrective or preventive actions
• Prepare spare parts budgets, conduct inventories, and coordinate repair interventions
• Manage and update the maintenance information system
• Support HSE procedures by reporting anomalies, performing inspections, and participating in incident investigations
• Identify opportunities for resource waste reduction and energy consumption optimization

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• Proficiency in the English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to relocate within Italy (specifically Arcore and Villamarzana) and potentially internationally in the medium term
