Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment and facilities to minimize production downtime and ensure food safety
• Troubleshoot non-working equipment, perform installations, and conduct preventative maintenance
• Repair basic electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment
• Maintain proper inventory levels of parts to minimize production loss
• Participate in safety huddles, quality meetings, and lean manufacturing discussions
• Ensure housekeeping of work areas complies with company policies and food safety standards
• Provide backup support to other plant positions as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely throughout a shift
• Basic computer skills for navigation and operation
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to climb catwalks, stairs, and ladders
• Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions
