Maintenance Agent UDE (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Perform electromechanical preventive and curative maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs.
• Conduct diagnostics and maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Participate in the equipment renewal plan and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Propose improvements to optimize equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Support the skill development of other team members within the electromechanical field.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of the Environmental Management System (PQSEE).
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bac +2/3 degree in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent field.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in industrial electricity and mechanics.
• Ability to program equipment via PC or Tablet (e.g., variable speed drives, regulation valves).
• Knowledge of current industrial standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with standard office IT tools.
• Strong teamwork skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of sanitation processes and pumping technologies is a plus.
