Maintenance Agent (Rolling Equipment)

Responsibilities

• Perform curative and preventive maintenance on the rolling stock fleet
• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting interventions
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and equipment
• Execute functional tests after repairs
• Complete and sign technical intervention sheets
• Ensure compliance with internal methods, procedures, and safety rules
• Participate in continuous improvement policies regarding quality, safety, and environment
• Contribute to workshop organization and order

Requirements

• Degree in heavy goods vehicle (HGV) mechanics
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an HGV garage, dealership, or public works environment
• Basic knowledge of electricity and hydraulics
• Understanding of workshop maintenance risks
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Rigorous and organized approach
• Heavy goods vehicle (HGV) license is preferred but not mandatory
