Maintenance (2) or (3)

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance, including mowing, raking, sweeping, and landscaping.
• Execute event setup and takedown for various venues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Conduct routine repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, including painting, flooring, and lighting.
• Install, test, and maintain electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
• Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, backhoes, and tractors for grounds maintenance.
• Maintain public areas in a clean and sanitary condition and perform snow and ice removal during winter.
• Use diagnostic equipment and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work assignments and resources.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance, cleaning, or sanitation.
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled trade or advanced coursework in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
• Technical training or certifications in specialized maintenance fields.
• Experience with mold or asbestos recognition.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certification.
• Bilingual skills.
