Maintainer

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Perform mechanical adjustments, product changes, and minor repairs to ensure continuous operation
• Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Detect and correct equipment failures systematically while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Document equipment downtime, including descriptions, causes, solutions, and duration
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and hand tools
• Follow all established safety, hygiene, and quality policies and procedures
• Participate in training, communication meetings, and safety investigations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proficiency with machines and tools
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Maintenance, Machine Tools, or a related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards
