Main Dispatcher for Construction Machinery

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for equipment and machinery provision for construction units in Upper Austria and Salzburg North
• Coordinate and dispatch machinery and equipment in close cooperation with the workshop and technical advisory teams
• Manage correct rental billing, delivery note documentation, and equipment inventory at the yard
• Organize the timely delivery and pickup of requested machinery and equipment to construction sites
• Lead the yard team and oversee proper loading and storage logistics
• Participate actively in investment and divestment decisions regarding the fleet
• Continuously improve and adapt the existing equipment portfolio regarding availability and selection

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical training (e.g., Master Craftsman, HTL, or technical college)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable working environment
• Experience in construction sites or with construction machinery is an advantage
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong organizational talent and a reliable, independent way of working
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
