Mailroom Clerk

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance including data entry, filing, and document management
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment and order supplies
• Maintain accurate records and databases in compliance with company policies
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and event coordination
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and handle shipping/receiving
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a mailroom, clerical, or administrative role
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
