Mailing/Lettershop Operator

Responsibilities

• Setting up and running the inserting and inkjet mail equipment
• Maintaining and identifying repairs of equipment
• Traying, banding, and sorting mail by zip code
• Reading postal statements and sorting mail accordingly
• Performing quality control to ensure products meet USPS requirements
• Staging work product and maintaining an organized area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined with equipment maintenance ability
• Detail-oriented with basic math and English reading skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, push, and pull pallets
