About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages across campus
- Process outgoing shipments
- Operate mail processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service to campus partners
- Support daily mail operations and troubleshoot delivery issues as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Two years of mail, equipment, or administrative experience
- Valid State of Maine driver’s license meeting requirements to operate University vehicles and equipment
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and move objects frequently
