Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse stocks and optimize inventory levels
• Place orders for necessary tools and materials via GMAO (CMMS)
• Receive and inspect deliveries, managing delivery notes and documentation
• Track parts issued from the warehouse and update the GMAO system
• Establish quotes from suppliers and select appropriate solutions
• Follow up on invoicing and purchase orders
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and storage rules
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the work area and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in industry, logistics, or technical stock management
• Proficiency with IT tools and computer systems
• Valid Driving License (Permis B) is mandatory
• Physical fitness for manual handling of loads up to 25kg

Preferred Qualifications

• CACES forklift license
