Manage orders and allocated budgets for materials and consumables for production plants
Oversee stock levels for spare parts and critical consumables such as gas and welding wire
Receive, store, and organize incoming goods and merchandise
Manage the distribution, loan, and return of individual and collective tools
Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting on workshop equipment, including pneumatic tools, welding machines, and smoke extraction systems
Coordinate with suppliers regarding material distribution cabinets and PPE
Manage the cleaning and return of work clothing and locker assignments
Ensure strict compliance with safety instructions regarding handled products
Organize the warehouse layout to optimize space and material accessibility
Report activity and stock status to the workshop manager

Proven experience in stock and budget management
Strong proficiency in IT tools and office software
Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment (torches, generators, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to follow rigorous control processes and calibration tracking
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with technicians and suppliers
