Magasinier Maintenance Locomotives

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound flows by performing real-time goods receipt and correct material putaway using the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular counting, stock reconciliation, and real-time ERP updates via mobile devices.
• Execute picking and kitting activities to prepare materials for production lines, ensuring parts are identified and protected.
• Handle packing and shipping requests with high quality and manage the logistical processing of Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) policies, including reporting near misses and following emergency procedures.
• Adhere to all handling and storage rules, including weight capacities and hazardous material safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, and shipping.
• Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) transaction management and the use of mobile IT tools for inventory tracking.
• Strong understanding of inventory counting procedures and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of safety and EHS compliance standards within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow strict handling and storage rules for various types of materials.
• Experience with picking, kitting, and packing processes in a production-support role.
