Macro Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with institutional macro clients, primarily hedge funds and institutional investors
• Deliver high-quality execution across FX, rates, and macro products, ensuring competitive pricing and timely flow
• Generate actionable trade ideas and market insights by translating macro developments into client strategies
• Drive revenue growth by increasing wallet share and product penetration across the client base
• Collaborate with trading and structuring teams to originate and execute tailored client solutions
• Expand client coverage by onboarding new accounts and developing existing relationships

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FX/rates sales or trading within Global Markets
• Strong understanding of FX and rates products, including derivatives and macro strategies
• Proven track record of client coverage and revenue generation with institutional clients
• Ability to communicate market views clearly and generate sophisticated trade ideas
• Degree in finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-moving market environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing strong relationships with hedge funds or active trading clients in the APAC region
• Experience working across different asset classes and collaborating with trading and structuring desks
