Macro Product & Data Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the product lead for Macro initiatives within the FX & Rates Value Stream.
• Define and drive API-first implementation strategies and scalable solutions.
• Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technology.
• Support the development and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Drive decisions regarding data strategy, taxonomy, and governance frameworks.
• Analyse and define target data models to support business and technology objectives.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs within Agile delivery environments.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and architectural outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Markets, Technology, and Operations.

Requirements

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of FX and Rates products.
• Experience working within Macro trading or Markets environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integration, and modern technology architectures.
• Experience defining and implementing data models and data taxonomy frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions and data-driven transformation programmes.
• Strong experience working within Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to operate effectively across business, technology, and architecture functions.
