Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery for raw material extraction and plant feeding
• Manage logistics by loading and weighing trucks while providing respectful customer service
• Perform site maintenance, including monitoring installations and assisting mechanics with equipment upkeep
• Manage the landfill area through leveling and supervising truck unloading
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety (H&S), and environmental protection regulations

Requirements

• Valid construction machine driver's licenses (M2, M3, M7 dumper)
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Previous experience working in a quarry, gravel pit, or earthworks site
• Strong team spirit and willingness to assist colleagues
• Flexibility regarding work schedules, punctuality, and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift or aerial work platform (nacelle) licenses
