Machinist/Mineral Waste and Clay Facility Operator

Requirements
Permis M2, M3, Permis M7 dumper (asset), 2 years experience in waste, quarry, or civil engineering, French fluency
About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate reception, crushing, storage, and recovery facilities for mineral waste and clay
- Drive loaders to feed the processing installations
- Perform monitoring, first-level maintenance, and cleaning of material treatment equipment
- Actively participate in and respect Holcim standards regarding health, safety, and environmental protection
- Work according to a shift schedule (typically 11:15 to 20:00)
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a machinist in waste management, quarries, or civil engineering
- Valid M2 and M3 licenses
- Fluency in French
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and a conscientious work ethic
- High level of awareness regarding safety and environmental protection
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of an M7 dumper license
