About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work independently according to technical drawing specifications
  • Select appropriate tools, clamping devices, and measuring instruments
  • Set up, operate, and process conventional and CNC grinding machines
  • Perform cylindrical, internal, and external grinding of precision components
  • Manufacture high-precision workpieces in accordance with quality standards
  • Carry out assembly activities and ensure timely delivery
  • Adhere to all occupational safety guidelines
  • Actively optimize workflows and machining processes
  • Collaborate effectively with production and adjacent departments

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a Machinist (Zerspanungsmechaniker), ideally specializing in grinding technology, or as a Toolmaker (Werkzeugmechaniker)
  • Proven experience in cylindrical, internal, and external grinding of metal components
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Precise, reliable, and structured working style
  • Strong teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and quality orientation
  • Willingness to participate in process optimization and continuous development
