Machinist

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC-controlled turning and milling machines
• Produce components according to quality specifications using machining and chip-removing processes
• Monitor manufacturing processes and perform cutting data optimization tests on special materials
• Apply quality management systems, document and evaluate work and test results
• Implement measures for manufacturing and product optimization
• Inspect and monitor safety devices and maintain production systems

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machinist (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or equivalent
• Relevant professional experience with sliding automatic lathes and 5-axis milling machines
• Strong knowledge of machining processes
• Good German language skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
