Machinist

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce components
• Change processing types and setups according to the production plan
• Measure and inspect product quality to ensure accuracy
• Adjust machines when dimensional issues or discrepancies arise
• Perform visual inspections and evaluations of processed products
• Maintain 5S standards within the designated work area
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• High school or vocational college graduate
• Over 6 months of experience in CNC machine operation and setup
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Proficiency using mechanical measuring devices, including micrometers and height gauges
