Machining Working Leader

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate process equipment and basic machine tools in an assigned area
• Resolve process problems and perform preventive maintenance or minor repairs on tools and dies
• Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written or verbal instructions
• Perform basic shop mathematics and use measurement instruments and gauges
• Assist in the development of other team members and conduct safety meetings
• Complete administrative tasks including MRP updates and monitoring work in process
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6+ years of manufacturing work experience
• CNC Machine operating experience
• U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year technical certificate
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a machine operator
