Machining Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC-controlled long and short turning machines and milling machines
• Produce components according to quality specifications using machining and chip-removing manufacturing processes
• Continuously monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
• Apply quality management systems, document and evaluate work and test results
• Implement measures for manufacturing and product optimization
• Check and monitor safety devices and handle maintenance and control of machines and systems

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machining technician (Zerspanungsmechaniker) or comparable
• Professional experience in CNC setup, programming, and operation
• Experience with Fanuc and TISIS controls
• Proficiency with CAD-CAM systems such as PEPS
• Ability to use common measuring and testing tools
• Ideally experience with Star and/or Bumotec machines
• Good German language skills
• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Star and/or Bumotec automated systems
