Machining Technician/CNC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor production facilities in accordance with work instructions
• Report malfunctions and deviations immediately to the responsible manager
• Monitor product quality and quantity through self-checks and quality training participation
• Perform manufacturing activities using tools and materials in a safe and cost-conscious manner
• Sort and label defective products according to specified criteria
• Document all activities using specified forms and system entries
• Transfer relevant information to subsequent plant operators to ensure smooth production

Requirements

• At least 3 years of specialized vocational training or continuing education as a CNC specialist
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and, if necessary, a 4-shift system
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in an organized manner
• High flexibility and the ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift license is an advantage
