Machining Technician/CNC Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor production equipment according to work instructions
• Report malfunctions and deviations immediately to the responsible supervisor
• Monitor product quality and quantity through self-inspection and quality training
• Use tools and materials carefully, safely, and cost-effectively
• Sort out defective products and ensure proper labeling according to criteria
• Document all activities using provided forms and system entries
• Hand over relevant information to subsequent operators to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements

• At least 3 years of specialized vocational training or further training as a CNC specialist
• Availability to work in a 3-shift or 4-shift system
• High level of flexibility, commitment, and resilience
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift license
