Machining Team Member

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and other process equipment in an assigned area
• Perform daily walk-arounds and minor machine maintenance to ensure continuous operation
• Receive, examine, and log specimens, slugs, or integrals for accuracy
• Follow blueprints, Work Instructions, and GBMOP to mark locations accurately
• Use basic shop mathematics and measurement instruments to ensure quality
• Comply with all training, Quality procedures, and Standard Work
• Perform 6s tasks each shift and engage in safe process optimization
• Assist in the development of other team members

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in machining and/or quality manufacturing
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Ability to work the 1st shift schedule (Monday-Thursday, 06:00-16:30)
• Willingness to work overtime or train on alternate shifts if required
