Machining Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a machining team to ensure production targets are met
• Support operators in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Ensure strict adherence to safety (HSE), internal regulations, and schedules
• Coordinate activities and reorient priorities in response to machine issues or emergencies
• Guarantee team productivity and quality according to defined indicators
• Oversee first-level maintenance plans and monitor performance metrics
• Assess team skills and identify training needs to increase versatility

Requirements

• Proven experience in team coordination and leadership
• Strong knowledge of general mechanics
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify CNC programs
• Proficiency in machine setup, control, and adjustment
• Ability to read technical plans and manufacturing files (operating procedures, ranges, etc.)
• Experience in production quality control
• Ability to work in a shift pattern (3x7)
